D1 Training Facility Renovation

Fortis General Contracting partnered with D1 Training to transform a dated, 5,623-square-foot office space into a dynamic, state-of-the-art athletic training facility. The project required a complete overhaul of the existing building to meet the specific needs of athletes and trainers.

Our team began with a comprehensive demolition, removing old walls and reconfiguring the floor plan to create a more open and functional layout. We then constructed new offices and fully-equipped bathrooms, ensuring the space had the necessary private and administrative areas.

The renovation included extensive system and finish work to prepare the space for its new purpose. We reworked the fire suppression system for compliance and safety, and installed all-new lighting and A/V systems, including new TVs, to create a modern and effective training environment. The final touches included fresh paint and custom graphics, giving the facility a professional and motivational aesthetic.

To complete the transformation, we installed specialized rubber flooring and durable AstroTurf in key training areas. We're proud to have transformed this drab office building into a vibrant, exciting space built to help athletes achieve their goals.
